Pre Employment Screening TRU-SCAN Fingerprint Services understands the needs of business and organizations that need to have numerous employees and or volunteers fingerprinted. We have pricing designed to meet your financial needs and can bill your business or organization for our services. You will receive a detailed invoice of the services provided. Federal Government Inked FingerPrint Cards TRU-SCAN can also provide inked fingerprints cards for our clients that require them for the Federal Government. Many organizations require inked cards for records kept by Federal Agencies. TRU-SCAN is able to provide this service at the same time as the Live Scan. Criminal Clearance Info from the DOJ If your business or organization is interested in receiving Criminal Clearance information from the Department of Justice, TRU-SCAN will provide the forms and information needed to complete the process and review the rules, policies and procedures with you. TRU-SCAN understands the process can be intimidating. We work closely with the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information and have the experience you need to get through the process hassle free. We provide price quotes for this service. Fees and Accepted Payment
The rolling fee is charged each time a person is fingerprinted. The discounted fees are based on group sales on fingerprints that are completed on the same day, location and time. DOJ and FBI fees are payable to TRU-SCAN only if no billing number is present on your live scan request form. Your specific agency requesting prints will mark if the prints are going to DOJ and FBI or just DOJ. There may be additional fees for travel time outside the county of Sonoma. Please call for specific information. The agency requesting fingerprints may charge different fees dependent upon their requirements. TRU-SCAN Fingerprint Services accepts cash; checks; money orders; VISA and MasterCard. Billing of services is also available upon request for our business customers.
